Forecasting Implementation Options question

Hi,

There is a form to setup the Forecasting Implementation Options available in the Projects Implementation responsibility.

On the other hand, Plan Types for Forecasting can be defined in Oracle Project Management and Forecasts can be defined for a project in Project management under different methods to determine the ETC (remaining plan, % complete, etc)

What is the relation between the Forecasting Implementation Options form and the Project Management functionality?

Are these 2 different features (one for costing and other for project management) or all is part of the same functionality?
