Accrue modifier

When I check the Accure flag on my modifier I cannot apply 2 or more modifiers to a sales order line with precendence functioning.

The modifiers are based off:

Volume Type: Item Amount

Application method: Amount for modifier 1

Application method: Percent for modifier 2

I would like modifier 1 to apply to my sales order line first and then Modifier 2 to apply to the resulting value and then both of these values be accrued.

However both modifiers apply to the base amount. Modifier 2 does not apply to the the resulting amount after modifier 1 is applied. If I remove the Accrue flag check the modifers apply as desired.
