AIP 13.4: running First Day of AIP, setting RPAS_TODAY-VDATE and populating Active Commodities

 Hi all,

AIP installation guide says that "RPAS_TODAY should be set to 20120201 in order to properly generate the plans using the provided sample data set".

Implementation guide says that RPAS_TODAY should be set to VDATE during normal production batch run. 

Also there is a reference in Impl Guide that during First day of AIP replenishment plan is not created. 

So I will need to run aip_batch twice to create AIP replenishment plan and get Active Commodities populated. 

Since VDATE gets incremented during normal batch run process, I would need to set VDATE to 20120131 for First Day of AIP (initial batch run).
