Email PDF CSV reports from Work Submitted Jobs

Is there a way to email selected PDF and/or CSV output from the Work Submitted Jobs application (F986110)?

We have an in-house custom set of objects that do this work but we are having issues because the Version Names are truncated when the Job Number is over 6 digits in length.

We're wondering if there is a different approach to do this work. It seems like a common request.
