Oracle Quoting - from Quoting Sales Manager Resp

We are in 11.5.10, I am trying tocreate a Quote from Quoting Sales Manager resp.

I enter the quate name and in the customer name I would like to enter new customer and expect the pop up to create new customer if not already in LOV. So I want to create new account from quoting screen is what I need.

I did set the profile option to yes for

ASO : Create New Customer to Yes and ASO: Create New Shipping/Billing Customer to Yes.

So what Am I missing to create new customer from quote screen. This NOT OAF it is Oracle UI form.
