HOT Backup taking long time

Hi All,
One of our PRODUCTION (E-Business suite 11i) database using conventional hotbackup method. Its about 1.5TB database running on 10.2.0.5 release(E-Biz is 11.5.10.2)
The Hot backup used to complete span of 6 to 7 hrs every day. however we see last 2 days it is taking more than 12 hours.
There was no big change in the tablespace/datafile except there was resize of datafile from 10G to 20G.

we have file system space available as follows:

/dev/vg09_prod/prod05
                   585367552 569231552 16009944   97% /prod05
/dev/vg10_prod/prod04
                   272523264 251405160 20953144   92% /prod04
/dev/vg10_prod/prod03
                   536862720 446750136 89408600   83% /prod03
/dev/vg10_prod/prod02
                   125779968 109108272 16541512   87% /prod02 


Please advise how to narrow to find the root cause of this issue and possible solution
