Interface Manager - Setup to import arround 5000 transactions (Qty/Price).

Hello,

I have to import 5000 transactions from legacy system.

Normally creation of org items are being done by the item interface table and it would be possible to import those transactions (Qty/Price) using transactions open interface. The transaction managers run at periodic intervals of 5 minutes.

Is it save to achieve the import by populating the transaction interface table with the 5000 transactions (processing mode = 3 (backgound mode)) and Oracle Inventory processes transactions on a periodic basis (5 minutes) via the Inventory Transaction Manager itself?

Or is ther any other dynamic solution?
