Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. hi gurus

we have requirement;

1. to make attachment mandatory while creating expense report (if receipts are required)

2. want to allow user to add attachment ONLY at header level

do you suggest any profile options or suggestions to implement above requirement.
