Reserve Summary and Form 4562 Reports don't match

Our users reported an issue that Form 4562 and Reserve Summary/Detail reports are not matching. I went through the user guide to find out that both should display the depreciation details but not sure if they should tie out and if they should not then need to know the difference between these two reports
