How can I get a trace with binds for PALDLC - Distribute Labor Costs

We have a problem with Distribute Labor Costs aborting with an ora-06510.  I would like to run the program with binds but have been unable to get the bind information.  At this point, I think the program may be controlling trace and will either not trace at all or will trace with waits but not with binds.
I have even tried turning on tracing for ALL database sessions before I run the program but no trace is generated.
