Security vulnerability scans flags potential Brocade OpenSSH Privilege Separation Monitor Vulnerabil

A Oracle Service Request (SR) was recently created by a customer regarding what version of OpenSSH was in the different Brocade Fibre Channel (FC) Switch Fabric Operating System (FOS) versions.

The inquiry was prompted by their concerns about Security vulnerability scans flagging a potential issue with their OpenSSH version.

We discovered the following Brocade knowledge document that addresses these concerns.

OpenSSH (version 3.8.1p1) used in FOS 6.3.x and older

OpenSSH (version 5.2p1) used in FOS 6.4.0 and newer
