Changing Type default when using Log a Call button
We would like to change the functionality around the "Log a call" button to default to Type = Visit Report which is the wording that our business would like to use. We have created a dynamic layout for the appointment and task screens to give a speicfic set of fields related to the information that our business wants to track per customer visit. Unfortunately management doesn't want to use the current default of "Call".
We would also like the rename the button to Log a Visit but I have not found a way to make this change. Is it possible to create a new button and disable the current button?
