ESU install issue

We are trying to install JL20988 ESU. The ESU has an dependency of JL21209 and this ESU supersedes ESU JL20751.

I have installed ESU JL21209 and now trying to install ESU JL20988, but in action its giving error of missing dependency ESU JL20751.(screen shot attached).

Should I ignore and proceed with the install ???
Please advise.
