Run MassAllocations is not getting launched on running AutoAllocation Launcher

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi,

One Allocation set was setup in 11i and is being run in production.

But, on running the same allocation set in R12, the 'Run MassAllocations' program is not getting trigerred.

Moreover, on defining a new allocation set, with the same mass allocation batches, the 'Run MassAllocations' program is  getting trigerred and journals are getting created.

Pls advise.
