USD outstanding bal Vs Foreign currency

Hi Friends,
In  trial Balance Report it shows open balances against invoices. However the invoices are fully paid in the USD currency.
 There is no outstanding amount against the invoice . So why the outstanding amount  comes into  the report.

Please share your views for investigation.
