Is it possible to to a Bank Account Transfer between bank accounts that are not "Internal"?.

I would like to know if it is possibel to make a payment without a AP Invoice.

We would like to basically do bank account transfers between our bank account and external bank accounts. In Cash Management, it is possible to do bank account transfers between "Internal bank account"

Is there anyway to do it between External bank accounts?
