POST IN ORACLE FORM 6I

Hello friends
I am using oracle form 6i with oracle 10g database.
Whether the post in form will have row level lock or table lock?
How we can have table lock while inserting a row/record from database block to manage the concurrency problem in multi user environment on the same form?
