OPM Version 12.1.1 compatability to ASCP 12.1.3.8

Hi

Current project are running EBS 12.1.1 and are very reluctant to upgrade this due to extensive mods undertaken in GME and the major regression testing the upgrade would require.  However they would like to upgrade their ASCP instance (separate server) to 12.1.3.8 which incorporates extensive new functionality they are anxious to get (particularly as I understand  it in relation to OPM) .

Is anyone in a position to confirm if this could be done or if there are any impacts in either collections or execution of action messages we would need to be aware of. 

Any guidance would be appreciated
