Public Sector Summary Budgetary Control
A client has requested the following related to summary budgetary control for their organization.
1) Summary Template Fund (balancing segment) = D
Center (Cost Center) = Rollup
Account (Natural Account) = Rollup
All Other Segments = T
2) They want summary control for transactions for some detailed fund values to be absolute but none for transactions with other detail fund values.
3) All transactions for all funds will potentially use all the detailed values assigned to either the Center or Account rollups. For example; Center 890001 and Account 531001 are both included in the rollups mentioned above and could be used in transactions that client wants absolute budgetary control and in transactions the client wants no budgetary control
