Errors returned to CSV file when attempting to import data

Question:
There are errors returned to the CSV file I'm using to try to import data.  What do these errors mean?  
(i.e. WBS code value is not present in line item; Field:bItemID is required ; Invalid SOV Line item; WBS Code: Input required)

Also, ensure that the right template is being used (record and line item creation, versus line item creation) and that the required data elements are on the integration interface form in uDesigner.
