Forecast start date value replaced in Forecast Admin workbook

Hi Experts,

We are replacing 'Forecast Start Date' value as BLANK in Forecast Admin workbook for weekly settings. But after the execution of the weekly forecast generation batch this value is getting replace with the last forecast execution date. This was getting blank earlier and as per the functionality this should be blank. The settings are like below. Could anybody help why the issue is occuring or which other settings caused this? Any help will be highly appreciated.

RDF/RPAS Build: 13.2.2.26

Before Starting of the week batch
---------------------------------
Forecast Length : 26
Default Approval Method: Alert Forecast Approval Weekly
Default Source Level: Week/Subclass/Warehouse - Source
