Hi,
getting the below error while applying patch 9669749

Uploading from the data file /opt/oraerp/oltt81/apps_st/oltt81appl/bne/12.0.0/patch/115/import/FRC/bnevw.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to CANADIAN FRENCH
A database error occurred:
  ORA-20001: Oracle error -20001: ORA-20001: Oracle error -12705: ORA-12705: Cannot access NLS data files or invalid environment specified
 has been detected in fnd_global.set_nls.set_parameter('NLS_LANGUAGE','CANADIAN FRENCH').
