Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. SL150 Tape Library : Robot Z Range Error

Hi Community,

I have a problem with tape library SL150. Had to reset to manufature settings to reset admin password,

but after rebooting the health status is failed and fault error code 9103 comes up: says check unseated

tape, Inspect/replace robot

Kindly assist how I can resolve this...
