Retreiving 75K rows from EBS crashes BI

HI

Using BI publisher 11.1.1.6 with EBS 12.1.3, when the report query is run in SQL developer, it returns the values in few seconds and when exported to XLS the file is just 3MB with all 75K rows.

But when we run the report from BI, the BI server crashes. So we limited the rows to 20K and the report completed in 10 minutes. Also when the report is uploaded to XLS the file size is 19MB.

Please advice.
