Not able to add HP printer via CUPS. " recoverable :Network host is busy" error

Hi

I have a HP laserjet printer which I try to add to OEL5.8 using CUPS.

After adding the printer when printing test page the following error appears.

"Recoverable : Network host is busy <IP > " Will retry in 30 seconds.

Please note that I was able to add a Lexmark printer in the same server and that one is working fine.

Please advice.
