Trying to define Report Set Publishing Options, but completed report set name will not display.

Report Set named LLC19 REPORTS was run and.  Trying to define report set publishing options, but the report set will not display.  I’ve tried this with output option set to Spreadsheet, and with Output Option set to XML – still cannot get the report set to display.  See attachment
