Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Menu failed compilation

Our EBS version is 12.1.3

I have created a custom responsibility. The responsibility uses a seeded menu (Requests Menu - Other Responsibilities).

For this responsibility, the following functions are excluded Requests: Submit; Request Sets (User Mode); Concurrent Requests: View

This responsibility is assigned to a user. However, the user says when she tries to use this, it is giving her the following error:

There are no valid navigations for this responsibility

Cause: Application Object Library was unable to load the menu from the current responsibility

Cause: The menu compilation has failed

Cause: There is no valid menu defined for this responsibility.
