Implication of selecting ETC Source Options when defining Forecast Plan

Hi,

What is the implication of selecting the values 'Task Level Selection' or 'Staffing Plan' when defining Planing options for a Forecast Cost Only Plan Type?

What is the different of defining one option or the other?
