reoccuring "Stderr from discovery run ..." errors

We are seeing the following error message on .../agent12c/agent_inst/sysman/log/gcagent_errors.log

2013-05-15 18:29:12,574 [232:GC.Executor.9 (host:not.working.well:DiscoverTargets) (host:not.working.well:DiscoverTargets:Discovery)] ERROR - Stderr from discovery run for pluginId:oracle.sysman.db is:uname: error in setting name: Not owner

I think all but one of our servers are getting the above message each day.

Off hand I am not sure of the grid version but I think it is 12.1.0.1.0
