Approval of notifications using iPhone with Good application

Hi,

Is anyone using mobile device approval of Oracle EBS (12.1.3) iProcurement and PO approval notifications? We've been successfully using mobile device approvals for some time but in the past two weeks we've encountered an issue where the responses from iPhones or iPads running the Good application are not being recognized and are coming back as invalid responses. Has anyone seen this issue?
