Notification is not coming to email box when 'Forgot Your Password' link is used for iSupplier user.

Hi,

We are facing issues where Notification is not coming to email box when 'Forgot Your Password' link is used for iSupplier user.

This is happening for Gmail/Yahoo email account.

We are able to replicate the issue in our test environment.

We have tried various test scenaiors and cheked following metalink notes also.

    Enable Web Access By External Supplier Users to Oracle iSupplier Portal and Oracle Sourcing [ID 308271.1]Forgot Password Email URL for Supplier Wrongly Pointing to Internal Server [ID 782247.1]

However did not get solution yet.

It will be great help to provide some valuable inputs.
