User POV - Member selection - Find

I have a user who is running a report from Hyperion Workspace > Explore.  The user has the User POV Preview turned on so he is prompted for the POV and can change it prior to running the report.  When he clicks on 'Select' to the right of a member the member selection tree appears for that specific member.  When the user trys to type something into the Find box to search for a specific member he is unable to click in the box or perform a search.

We have reviewed and checked all the Oracle recommended IE settings.  When he uses SmartView and does a member selection the search (find) works.  It is only when running a report from within workspace that he has this issue.  He is the only user with the problem.  All other users have not issue with the search working for member selection.
