RAID5 disk firmware question.

I recently became responsible for a Sun SPARC Enterprise T5220 server running 5.10 U05/08 O/S software.  I have more experience with Veritas than SVM so this is new territory for me.  I would appreciate any assistance or direction here.

There is a RAID5 array which includes 4 146G disk drives.  Two of these devices have failed and also failed over to hot spares.  One device is failing and is in "needs maintenance" state.  There are no remaining hot spares should this device fail.  I do see errors on the failing device.  I have a plan to replace the two failing devices to free up the hot spares before approaching the failing device.
