File listener log

Hello dear fellow forum:

I consulted the following.

I can clean the file listener.log that I have in the trace??
But I must stop the listener service and database mandatory?

And the file has a size in bytes: 1,272,905,665, and I have little space in which is installed the database engine, so the importance of debugging.

I have the file in a path similar to the following:
/ u01/app/oracle/product/11g2/db/log/diag/tnslsnr/serverx/listener_x/trace/listener_x.log
