Oracle iRecruitment - How to ensure Employee Candidate cannot update any info in their current HR Re
I am new to working with the iRecruitment module and have a question related to how the module is talking with Core HR.
When an employee applies for a job through the responsibility "iRecruitment Employee Candidate", we have a concern that they may be able to alter educational qualification information during the application process.
Specifically we are looking at: /oracle/apps/irc/candidateSelfService/webui/AplEducationTblRN on page /oracle/apps/irc/candidateSelfService/webui/AplRevPG (This data is also in the My Account area of iRec /oracle/apps/irc/candidateSelfService/webui/AplAccountDetailsPG)
In the Advanced Table: List of Education, we can see that we are able to set read-only in the Message Style Text for the education table columns, however, then the Employee is not able to add any other information using the table footer "Add Another Establishment" button.
