Upgrading MRC from 11i to R12

 We have a many Primary Ledgers (PL1, PL2) to one Reporting ledger (RL) setup in 11i. We are upgrading to R12 and find that new ledgers created in R12 cannot be assigned to the upgraded Reporting Ledger (RL). Is there any way we can associate new Primary Ledgers created to the upgraded Reporting Ledger?Regards,
