Adding PDF Documents in OOD

Hello, looking for some feedback from the OOD Community on the following request from our business. Our Business would like to have a place in OOD to attach PDF documents that contain pricing.  Perhaps, a new Custom Object would have to be created as they want these Princing Documents on a separate Tab (called Pricing) on the Tab Layout.

However, what is the most effecient way going about adding PDF documents in CRM - where to add them?
