Error approval contingent worker assignment with HRSSA workflow

Hello,

Creating a contingent worker and an asignment with the Self-Service Human ressource page. When we submit for approval, get the error message Application Error occured in youy process for hire or placement

How does the approval work?   Do should I configure?

I read about modify the workflow. Already changed the ID for E-MAIL DEPT.

We are 11.5.10.2 and SHARE for HR.
