Configuration error while upgrade Config Tool from 13.2.1.17 to 13.4.0.4

We experienced some error while try to open configuration by 13.4.0.4 Config Tool. The configuration does not show any error while we open it by using 13.2.1.17 Config Tool.

1. Three errors show 'This rule uses the level modifier on a recalc measure on the left hand side of its equation.'

     For example: 1 DmWpDmdR.level([fm].top) =if(MlWpunelapsedB,if( DmWpFillP==0 && DmWpRtnTP==0,ignore,DmWpCompSlsGdR/DmWpCSlsGPDP),ignore)

                         2 DmWpCSlsGPDP = DmWpCompSlsGdR/ DmWpDmdR

2. Over 2 hundread errors show 'This rule contains recalc measures on both the left and right hand side on an expression.'

    For example: DmWpDmdStP.master  =if(MlWpunelapsedB,  DmWpDmdStP,ignore)

Did anybody experience this before? I opened SR 3-7225234111 for this.
