Duplicate Receipts in GL

Hi There,
We are facing the below Issue very Frequently.

F43121: For Order 36110273 OT, Receipt was 31048796 OV and same was Update in Ledger.

F0911 has two OV's 31048795 and 31048796 OV  which is not ocrrect. There is no trace of OV 31408795 anywhere in the system.

Could you please share your thoughts for this case.
