[W2K8] Error while installin 12c agent in silent mode

Hi,I've got the following error after having launched the script agentDeploy.bat :
SEVERE:emctl secure agent command has failed with status=1

The host is not visible in OEM Cloud Control.
\oracle\product\12.2.0\core\12.1.0.2.0\cfgtoollogs\cfgfw\CfmLogger<timestamp>.logPlease find attached the log
