PROACTIVE HOWTO How to solve error: "File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file"

Created this thread to due to many threads/Srs raised for this error.

In patch log you will see:

AutoPatch found some files which it will not apply. <br/> These files are listed in the AutoPatch informational message file. <br/> <br/> AutoPatch error: <br/> File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:

Everybody is welcome to input new advises.
