Generate Draft Invoices 'NO ELIGIBLE EXPENDITURES OR EVENTS

Hi,

When running the PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project it informs me that  'No eligible expenditures or events'  .

The Billing option is 'Events'.

Revenue has been successfully generated for the project, and Status is 'Accepted'. Revenue Accounting has been successfully transferred to GL.

Any ideas on how I can resolve the issue?
