Need help in combined analysis

My requirement is to display the opportunity team split %, team role, accounts and a bunch of custom fields in a report. 

I am using Reporting subject areas opportunity team and opportunity. My problem is to match the read only picklist team role with a similiar one on the opportunity subject area. 

If i use the owner picklist I am able to get the account details but the team role displays the value from the owner picklist. if I use any other read only picklist to match the team role on the opportunity subject area, i get the opportunity details on both opportunity id as well as account id.
