DBSNMP user consume very high CPU

Hello, 

A days ago, we found a server with a lot of CPU consumption, and the server was very slow. We stopped the agent and the server worked fine. 

I have reviewed the logs (*/agent_inst/sysman/log) and I found this: 

gcagent_errors.log = ORA-00018: maximum number of sessions exceeded
gcagent.log = oracle.sysman.emSDK.agent.client.exception.NoSuchMetricException: the Load metric does not exist for oracle_database target ERPP

The session parameter´s value is 600 in the database of this server. 

I have read the MOS Notes and Oracle forums too, but I didn´t find anything related with this error.
