PO_STANDARD REPORT SQL

I am not able to find the SQL used by "Standard Purchase Order Stylesheet" template in DataTemplate ( Standard Purchase Order Data Source and PO_STANDARD_PO.xsd). How can I get the SQL used for generating the PO Document (PO Output for Communication process). I need to add new Message (MESSAGE_ROW/MESSAGE/TEXT) in PO_STANDARD_PO.XML as the text will be auto translated to language specific.
