SE T5220 disk firmware question within a RAID5 array

I recently became responsible for a Sun SPARC Enterprise T5220 server running 5.10 U05/08 O/S software.  I have more experience with AIX and Veritas than SVM so this is new territory for me.  I would appreciate any assistance or direction here.

The disks are internal to the server and not part of a storage system.  We have disk mirroring and one RAID5 array which includes 4 - 146G disk drives (390-0324 ST914602SSUN146G firmware version 0603).  Two of these devices have failed and also failed over to hot spares.  One device is failing and is in "needs maintenance" state.  There are no remaining hot spares should this device fail.  I do see errors on the failing device.  My plan is to replace the two failing devices to free up the hot spares before approaching the failing device.  I will try using metareplace to repair this
