Student Administration Integration Pack---Cancelled courses

I am wondering how other colleges/universities are handling cancelled courses within the PeopleSoft Student Administration Integration Pack?  We are seeing cancelled courses being picked up when running a full snapshot(batch) mode.   Later when they are activated in Campus Solutions, when running an incremental snapshot, they are not picked up.   Initially, we are expecting just the opposite to occur.
