Subledger Accounting is not reacting as anticipated

I set up subledger accounting to pull the cost center from the expense account for some activities but not for all.  We had additions in our first month and the credit to the asset clearing account went to cost center 830.  This is neither the cost center on the expense account nor the cost center on the category.  I am at a loss as to how the system chose this particular cost center.  THe cost of the assets debited the correct cost centers but the entire credit went to 830.  I am attaching screen prints of the category and the
