Why scheduled programs, which used to run before and all of sudden got disappeared from scheduling r

Hi,
We had a situation, where two R12.1.3 Oracle Scheduled daily & hourly Run Custom Concurrent Programs (Jobs) are were dropped out of their normal run of "US Super HRMS Manager" Responsibility. These two jobs were running successfully before as per their schedule but were found that stopped running for duration of 3-4 days. So we requested the user to re-schedule the jobs again and they are now running normal as expected. We have lot of Oracle Std. and Custom Conc. Programs are scheduled and are running without any issues. We would like to fix this issue now, so that this
